The Drug Classroom - Dimethyltryptamine (DMT): What You Need To Know
DMT doesn't mix well with stimulants, there's an increased chance of anxious states and repetitive thought loops, which can negatively affect the experience.
Tramadol and DMT should not be taken together. Tramadol is known to lower the seizure threshold, while DMT (and psychedelics in general) are known to occasionally cause seizures.
Drugs that have been associated with HPPD include CBD, LSD, DMT, 2C-E, 2C-I, 5-MeO-DMT, MDA, MDMA, psilocybin, diphenhydramine, PCP, synthetic cannabinoids, zolpidem, eszopiclone, and high doses of dextromethorphan. There have also been anecdotal reports of the atypical psychedelic Salvia divinorum causing persisting symptoms consistent with HPPD.
